West Michigan area real estate, including the greater Grand Rapids Area, offers many condo options to select from.  Starting with the most like a single family house, known as a stand alone condo, to the high rise condos of the lake shore and downtown areas and in-between connected condos - Michigan really has a lot to offer.

Recently many new condo developments are being added to the West Michigan Real Estate market. In part due to some changes in land development law that changes in the 1990's but largely due to consumer demand.  In today's world you want a place that you can call home, have low maintenance, and still have the ability to build equity and own the appreciate of the real estate - that's the perfect reason for a condo.

From waterfront to downtown flats/apartments that are part of renovated multi-use structures or newly built high rises are all called condos in west Michigan.
